Maggie Laird is the President of Pentaho. She is responsible for designing and executing the organization’s strategy, setting product direction, driving employee culture, and delivering software growth and profitability. Under Maggie’s leadership, Pentaho has been positioned to lead the data intelligence and integration market by enabling companies to become data-fit in the Age of AI.
Prior to becoming President of Pentaho, Maggie served as Hitachi Vantara’s SVP of Corporate Sustainability and Business Transformation, and VP of Global Business Operations and Transformation. Maggie is former Managing Director at Deloitte, and current Board Director of OmniCable.
Maggie holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Duke University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from DePauw University.
Global Head of Sales
Jason Allaway is the Head of Global Sales for Pentaho. He is responsible for driving global revenue and go-to-market strategy.
Jason brings 20 years of software and IT sales leadership to Pentaho, including renowned global leadership in Software Asset Management and expertise in cloud computing, business intelligence, and consulting. Under Jason’s leadership, Pentaho’s global revenue teams ensure customers and partners harness the power of data and advance the use of AI and machine learning at scale, fostering digital transformation through Pentaho’s advanced solutions.
Jason has held sales and strategy leadership roles at Hitachi Vantara, Oracle, and TrueCue.
Head of Engineering
Jeff Gierlach is the Head of Engineering for Pentaho. He is responsible for building and delivering Pentaho+ data integration, data acquisition, and data transformation solutions. Under Jeff’s leadership, Pentaho has expanded its capabilities to support big data and cloud environments, empowering organizations to create innovative data solutions.
Prior to joining Pentaho, Jeff served as Vice President of Engineering Infrastructure and Operations for Hitachi Vantara, was CTO of IPD Solutions, and Vice President of Engineering at Viewlocity Technologies based in Stockholm, Sweden.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Michigan University.
Head of Strategy, Transformation & Revenue Operations
Yusef Khan is the Head of Strategy, Transformation & Revenue Operations at Pentaho. He leads the company’s strategic direction and business transformation efforts, ensuring Pentaho remains a leader in software innovation and global operations.
Before Pentaho, Yusef served at Hitachi Vantara as Head of Corporate Strategy & Transformation. Previously, Yusef was the part of the Leadership Team at Io-Tahoe, an AI Driven Data Governance start up, where he led Customer Success, Professional Services and Partnerships, resulting in the company’s acquisition by Hitachi Vantara. Prior to this, Yusef held senior roles in several Digital / Data oriented scale ups. Yusef has also led multiple large operational teams and has extensive experience in the Telecoms industry.
Yusef holds a Political Science Degree from the University of Durham and started his career at Procter & Gamble.
Head of Marketing & Communications
Jaime Dumas is the Head of Marketing & Communications at Pentaho. She is responsible for driving the company’s marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and overseeing corporate communications to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
Before taking on her role at Pentaho, Jaime served as the Head of Marketing at MarkLogic, where she led successful initiatives in brand development and demand generation. Jaime’s experience in digital strategy was honed during her tenure as Senior Manager of Digital Strategy at VMware.
Jaime holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia.
Head of Customer Success, Support and Support Services
Robbyn Neece is the Head of Customer Success, Support and Support Services at Pentaho. She is responsible for integrating intelligent automation and AI/ML to elevate the customer experience, driving product adoption, and enhancing customer health scores. Under Robbyn’s leadership, Pentaho has strengthened its commitment to delivering exceptional customer value, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term success for clients.
Before joining Pentaho, Robbyn served as Senior Director of Customer Success at Hitachi Vantara and Director of Customer Success at VMware.
Robbyn attended San Jose State University.
